IS MLA ABOVE BDO ACCORDING TO INDIAN CONSTITUTION?

Hello,

MLA belongs to legislative leg of the indian constitution while BDO belongs to the executive, So there can not be a direct comparison of who is above whom.

Both have different domains and work areas and have dominationg power over the other in those areas. For example a MLA is responsible for directing funds for any development activity under his constituency. Whereas a BDO is responsible for law and ordee maintenance under his circle.

So, both are important figures and can not be distinguished much based on powers.
