Is MTG neet book is enough for physics

If you are planning on preparing for NEET, you cannot stick to one book because though the syllabus is the same, each author has his/her own way of depicting each subject. So you cannot just rely on one particular book. You can read MTG but that alone is not sufficient. There are few books in the market that might help you:
