hello aspirant,
improvement exam is given for betterment of marks obtained. if you do not give the exam your certificate will remains same. when marks increases in improvement exam a fresh new mark sheet issues. but if you don't attempt the improvement exam old mark sheet will not effected by this. hope you have understand.
