No, NTA has not announced the exam date.The dates are yet to be announced.Until May 3, 2020 the correction window will be available.So you need to wait until there is an official announcement made.Keep any eyes on new information so that you may not miss any important information.

No. It is not. Neither NTA nor MHRD have released any official announcement regarding NEET 2020. Unless either od them release any such official press release or notification on their officiak website, everything remains a speculation and we would suggest you not to believe anything other than official information.
