is neet highly competent exam?

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary course across India. Now the no.of seats available are less when compared to the no.of candidates appearing for NEET. And NEET being the only exam for admission to all Medical Colleges in India and your gateway to study Medicine abroad, NEET is a competent exam and highly one at that. The stats show that there are 532 Medical colleges with 76928 MBBS seats, 313 BDS colleges with 26949 BDS seats, AIIMS 15 branches with 1207 and JIPMER 2 branches with 200 seats. Then we have 914 Ayush colleges with 52720 seats. And every year approximately 13 lakh students compete for these approximately 2-3 lakh seats.
