Is niceedu scholarship exam is authentic. It is requesting rupee 400 as a registration fee. Should i pay it or not?

As I haven't heard about any Scholarship exam like this so in my opinion it will be better not to go with that which is in all of the scholarship examination there is no requesting fee or registration fee so you should not apply for that apart from that you can go and apply for the national scholarship portal there you will get better scholarship opportunities.
