Is not registering for second round of counseling enough for withdrawal of my name from all india counseling?

If you are not registering for second round of counselling , then your name for seat allotment will not be counted under all india counselling.
Then , if you want to withdraw your name from all india counselling , then the only thing you need to do is not to register for it..
