Is NTA stop the %ile rule this year or not.

Currently the NTA has not issued any notice regarding stopping the percentile rule this year. Therefore, most probably the percentile rule is going to continue in 2020 also and the ranks will be announced on the basis of the combined result of the two sessions of JEE. Therefore prepare accordingly. Hope this helps.
