Is ok to attend only exams here in this university

Well, you need to check the guidelines of that university, in most colleges and under UGC guidelines, students need at least 75% of attendance, until special circumstances like health issues or injury or something else, if not maintained they are de bared, the strictness of these rules varies college to college.
