Hello,
You have to provide Intermediate original certificate at the time of document verification along with the photocopy of it. If you cannot obtain long memo before the document verification then you can provide short memo (original) during the document verification. You can submit the long memo as and when available in the allotted institute later if you have joined in any institute through the counselling. You cannot provide just the photocopy of the intermediate certificate you have to accompany the photocopies with the original certificates. After the documents are verified by the verification officer all the original certificates will be returned to you and the photocopies will be retained with the verification officer.
