Is pec Chandigarh is better than some nits or which nits are at Par with it or lower than it? ?

The location of Pec stands to great advantage in this matter. PEC has a placement record comparable to very good NITS. The average package is also good and some of the top companies that visits the campus are Goodman Sachs, Amazon,Jp Morgan, Maruti Suzuki, Honda etc. Maximum package last year was around 17 lakhs.
For Computer Science and Electronics students placements are really good. For core branches average package is around 6-7 lakhs. All the good companies visit the campus and every year number of companies increases. For civil branch L&T, Ramboll, Atkins, Maruti Suzuki and some structural consultancy visit the campus every year.

Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh is a very good college and it has been placed even above some of the NIT's.

It has got some really good placements in recent years with highest being 34 lakhs per annum.

It is better than some regional NIT'S like kurukshetra, Jalandhar, Hamirpur. And the NIT's which are better than PEC are Trichy, Warangal etc.
