Dear Aspirant,
Yes, phase 2 examination of SRMJEEE 2021 is over. The exam date was from 29th June to 1st July. Even the results are declared for this exam. If you have missed this exam then don't worry you can give other entrance exams. There are so many state exams and different private universities take there own entrance exams like VIT, AMITY etc. Don't loose hope. Everything will be fine.
