I would first advice you to plan your longer term career goals, and then align your career path.
If you are a graduate, and already thinking about a career as a researcher/academician/ teacher or a professor of Management studies, then you can simply do your masters in commerce/ business/psychology/sociology, economics from any government university and then followed by your PhD etc;
But if you plan to be a successful corporate in your near future, and want your grooming to be the best in terms of communications, personality, business etiquettes and want the best of corporate and industry exposure along with international exchange, then for sure take up PGDM as the coursework for you.
