No , just question papers of jee main january 2020 and jee main 2019 is not enough for jee main April 2020.
But yes practising these papers will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the exam by practising them,so that you can prepare for the jee examination accordingly , you will also get to know your preparation level .
