Is preparatory round counselling happens only in last round only

Hi ASHISH!!

No, Preparatory round gets started from the first round. As many reserved candidates get seats in the first round, so seats which remain vacant are filled by these preparatory course students. So don't hope that preparatory round start in seventh round,but you should wait till last round.
