A ‘Private Candidate’ means a person who is not a regular candidate but is allowed to appear in the All India/Delhi Secondary School Examination of the Board. And regular candidates are those who go to school in regular way, give semester exams or unit tests, class tests etc. Whereas private candidates just give final exams.
