The answer is yes. You need to give NEET exam, pursue MBBS. After this, you can do MD in psychiatry or you can do a diploma course as well. As psychiatry is a course of specialization, you need to be a MBBS graduate. ITs a course of specialization like other courses eg. cardiology , neurology etc
