is ration card enough for fee reimbursement

The procedure to get a fee reimbursement is to show the authority that your family have a less than 1 lac yearly income. Now these can't be predicted entirely from the ration card. The ration card can state your status in the poverty index of India i.e., APL or BPL but it don't certify your annual income. So technically, I don't think it will be enough for fee reimbursement. You can get a income certificate from local administrative body like BDO, SDO or Councilor if your father is self employed. Else if your father is attached to any organization they will issue it for you.
