Hello Dear
It doesn't matter from which board are you from, from whichever board you are capable of scoring higher percentage will be better for you. If you are from CBSE board then yaah it will give you a edge because the syllabus of CBSC class 12th and JEE MAINS is somewhat similar but don't worry about that try to score more percentage in Class 12th and more percentile in JEE mains.
