Hello candidate,
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has informed that reservation to OBC candidates in State surrendered MDS seats under All India Quota from the academic session 2021-22 will be subject to the outcome of the case pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
However, Under Clause 10.11, it is mentioned that the OBC reservation at 27% shall be applicable only in Central Government Institutions/Central Universities (for Non-creamy layer and as per Central list of OBC).
