Yes, it does affect your final CGPA.
SA1 score contributes 30% in your final CGPA. Because the final result is a combination of score obtained in (FA1+ …FA4 + SA1 + SA2) exams, which is (10% + 10% + 10% + 10% + 30% + 30%).
So, both SA1 and SA2 play a major role to get a 10 / 10 as your final CGPA.
