No not needed .Candidates will need to bring following documents at the time of reporting to the college after AIQ counselling of NEET 2018.

Class 12 Certificate and Marksheet

Yes school leaving certificate is required in counseling if you are referring for Josaa counseling. For other University counseling, please refer to their specific admission details.
But according to me almost all University requires school leaving certificate during the counseling.
