No dear, secretarial practical is not required for BBA course. If you have this subject from government or university then you have to do it otherwise it's not necessary.

Secretarial practice mainly the used to include knowledge, skills, procedure and methods of work to be performed by a Private Secretary or Office Assistant. And BBA is bachalor of business administration course which is three years duration graduation course. For this course you have to study about the buisness management, finance, accounting etc. This is the important things. After BBA you can go for MBA and join good firm for career.
