Is shuats is best college for b.sc C's ? it is totally private college ?

Yes, Sam Higginbotham University of Agriculture Technology and Science, Allahabad is good for BSC but not best. Totally private but it is deemed to be university. It is ncte ICAR NAC UGC approved. The fee structure in BSC is around 40000 in first year and 35000 in rest 2 years. Good luck.
