No, as of now (14 June 2025), no one has officially scored a perfect 720 in NEET 2025.
Here’s what is known till now:

The NEET 2025 result has not been declared yet, only the final answer key is out.

Experts are expecting the top score to be between 715 to 720.

Some believe full marks may not be possible this year as the paper was a bit tough, and even the AIR 1 may get around 710–715.
