Is state domicile should be renewed???

If you have a permanent domicile certificate, you don’t need to renew it. However, if its a temporary one you might need to renew it after 2years. However, Delhi domiciles have a validity of a year. If you have been residing at a different location from the address mentioned in your state domicile you might need to update it. However, a recently made domicile is better than a previous one.

Any domiciile certificate is a legal proof for a person who has lived in a state for preceeding five years . This certificate will be in need for the purpose of applying exams, scholarships and entrance tests.Any domicile certificate issued by an authority is valid for life time in terms of permanent residency category if its temporary it may extended upto two years, if any benefits involved in any institution they would ask for 6 months old or as instructed while filling any applicstion forms.
