Hello dear student,

For CAT exam you will need a central level EWS certificate only. state level EWS certificate is not accepted.

For the CAT exam and admission to the IIMs you need a Central Level EWS certificate, not a state one because you know its a central level admission process.

You have to make new Central EWS certificate.just apply to the relevant central government authorities in your state, such as a District Magistrate or Tehsildar and make sure it is in proper format.
