Is state quota and government quota same? , as in the list of enrolled students their is written management and govt qouta !

The state quota seats refer to the number of seats which needs to be filled by the domicile of the particular state. The government quota seats mean the seats for which counselling and admission has to be made through state-controlled counselling.. The terms and meaning however may defer depending on specific conditions mentioned in the admission process of a particualr institute.
