is statement question in neet is easy? as compare to normal mcqs?

The statement based questions or the Assertion Reason questions in NEET are not easier than the mcqs. Rather they are the questions that candidates find the most tough and confusing.
Such types of questions check how much clarity do you have for a topic. These type of questions clearly show whether you have just crammed the subject or you have had an in depth knowledge of the subject.
In these questions, a statement is given under the heading 'Assertion' & then below this a second statement is given under the heading 'Reason'. First of all, you have to check whether the statement given under 'Reason' is correct or not. If yes, you have to check whether this statement is a correct explanation of what is asserted above. On the basis of this, you have to mark the choice.
You can ace such type of questions only my keeping your concepts strong.

The statement questions are designed to test your in depth understanding of the concepts. Hence, if you don't have a clear understanding there is a high chance that you'll get confused by the questions.

The difficulty of a question depends on how well you are familiar with the concept hence, it varies from person to person.

Ensure that you are understanding the nuances of the concepts instead of just memorizing them.

Practice a lot of suc questions of you are finding them difficult. This will help with developing familiarity.
