Is taking a drop for IIT a better decision rather than taking admission in Private Colleges such as Galgotias etc?

"To be known globally for value-based education, research, creativity and innovation" is the vision of galgotias university. Yet iit is better i guess. You need to take a survey for both the institution. You need to learn all the aspects of universities and find out which is best for you..! Have a look at the fee structure and take the decision appropriately. You have not explained the reason so i might not be able to guide you properly.

Sir,I had started IIT Preparation in 8th Class,which went swiftly till 10th..But I messed up my 11th Class and scored low in the same. So,to prevent messing up my 12th..I stopped going to my Coaching Institute in 12th completely..All of my Classmates continued doing so..but their situation was different from mine. I am regretting my decision..to focus on Boards..I feel that I should have concentrated on both simultaneously..So I request you to guide me.
