1.Is temprorary registration allowe by medical officer for 3-5 yrs then Pwd candidate eligible For resrvation in jee. or not if not then explain criteria. 2.if any candidate fails to prove his resrvation certificate of any type sc/st/obc/ews/ pwd. will allowed for ( treated in) GErnal catagory.

I do not uersdatnd why you have used the term "temporary registratiion". As far as reservation under pwd category is concerned for that you have to get a certificate from a ocmpetent authority stating that you have 40% or more disability (physical or intellectual or mental or any other sort of disability).
If you do not have the certificate right now but you want to fill the form under pwd category then you can but you must produce the certificate (pwd certificate) at the time of counselling otherwise your candidature will be shifted from Under PWD category to General Category.
