I do not think the center is going to question you on why you did not attend the previous exam which was held on September . See , this exam is a second chance for all those candidates who applied but could not appear for the exam either because they had covid or were unable to reach the exam center as they were in containment zones. Hence , it is understood that you are appearing for phase 2 exam for a reason .
