I didn't get youe question but I can help you with my answer.

Management seats are given to people who give donations (that is extra fee excluding college fee) it may vary from College to college.

And after paying some donation to college they will confirm your seat in their college in one particular branch. After that you have to pay the regular college fee yearly.

There is another method for this process. Some colleges won't take donations in advance instead they will take years for example college fee is 75k per annum they will ask you to pay 1L per annum (for example).
