Is the fees payable by the provisionally selected candidates as 1st term fees is refundable?

Dear Aspirant,
It depends upon the college. Most of the colleges do refund the fees but they deduct some amount. That amount again varies with college to college. I think you should contact to the college admin office. It would be better if you go to the college itself and sort out this issue.
