It depends on person to person. It totally depends on your determination, motivation and interest. If your preparation is good you will not find it difficult to crack otherwise it will be difficult for you. GATE exam comes in one of the difficult exam to crack but it will be easy for you if you do hard work and you planned your preparation in right direction.

It is one of the premier engineering exams for admission to M.Tech programmes at institutes like the IITs and IISc. So, it is difficult. But you need have to be unnerved by it, because if you prepare hard you can crack it.
