St. Stephen's college offers hostel facilities for both girls and boys. There is one girl's hostel in the premises. Rooms are air conditioned with three beds in a single room. Rooms are quite clean and spacious with a large window and study table. Other than this, students are also provided with mess facilities which provides hygienic food 3 times a day. Also, the cleaning staff is available which helps students cleaning their rooms.
