Dear Chatnya,
Presently, there is no clarity whether JEE exam will be conducted twice a year. The government has approved the creation of National Testing Agency which will conduct the competetive exams that were conducted by CBSE.
NTA will become fully operational from 2019. Hence, let us wait for the next few days and the authorities concerned will come out with clear guidelines on JEE Exam.
