Is the NATA 2019 counselling Before the improvement results of kerala HSE ?

The counselling is a long process. It varies statewise. So most of the times, the counselling is adjusted according to the results. Also, if the improvement result doesn't arrive before NATA counselling cycles, you can update you score card later. There's a provision provided while registering.
