It will put you in trouble, only if the invigilator or the security check before entering the examination hall and also if during the exam if any invigilator sees it have objections with it
- If tattoos are present on the parts that are mainly covered by shirt like-chest then you are safe as these regions are not checked.
- If tattoos are present outside the shirt and visible easily, you may straight forward be rejected because it is deemed to be the case of cheating!

Hey!
If the invigilator or the security check before exam have objections to it, you might get into trouble
- If tattoos are present in covered parts like chest, you might not have any problem.
- If tattoos are present outside the body, there will be some problem.
But it will not lead to the expulsion. Many of the candidates (even some staffs) would have tattoo.
