Is the reduced syllabus of neet 2021 is for the duration from sept1 onwards or from when collages reopen?

The syllabus of the medical entrance examination will consist of topics from Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology and Botany. Questions will appear from the subjects that appear in class 11th as well as 12th NCERT and CBSE syllabus. However, some questions will be asked from other boards too. Moreover, CBSE has decided to reduce the syllabus from Class IX to XII and this could also have an impact on the syllabus of NEET 2021
so this mean that the reduced syllabus will be implemented after the colleges are reopened after this pandemic situation
