Hi, there is no official announcement regarding NEET syllabus. Class 11th and 12th syllabus has been reduced by CBSE for the academic year 2020-21 due to the COVID- 19 pandemic situation.

Yes, NEET 2021 syllabus will be reduced .
This is because,
Due to lockdown caused by covid-19 break, educational institution like schools, coachings etc are not able to take classes and it has become really difficult for students to complete the syllabus , so education ministers of various States along with Delhi's Manish sisodia requested to reduce the syllabus, and HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has confirmed that neet 2021 syllabus is going to be reduced.
It is expected to be reduced by 30% but as of now there is nothing sure regarding which chapter or topics are going to be removed from the current syllabus. So for now you need to prepare following neet 2020 syllabus which you can get at

There is no deduction in the syllabus for neet.
According to the official notification released on April 3, 2020, there is no change in NEET Syllabus and it is the same as released in the official NEET 2020 brochure. NTA has dismissed any claims of change in NEET syllabus through the notice.
