Dear candidate,
Sorry to say but as per your said marks no colleges will be available to get as per the last yer cutoff trend.
All the government colleges in mumbai mave the cutoff marks around 470 to 520+ under the sc category. Even for the private colleges in mumbai the cutoff is more than 450 marks under sc category.
