is their any chance to get any MBBS college in AIQ , my AIR is 115046 Category S.C.plz mention state

I am sorry to say that with your rank there are less chances for you to get into a seat for MBBS in any states through the AIQ quota.

But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score.
