No, for completing class 12th, you have to complete all subjects of field you choose. You can leave maths and choose pcb and go for medical. For commerce subject, maths is mandatory but you have to study accountancy,bussiness studies, economics, English. Similarly arts subjects are geography, history, political science, physiology, hindi, English and others. For science field, applies the same. So, 12th can not be completed with only maths.
