Is their any diff b/w a student who gets seat in 1st councelling n a student gets in 3rd councelling i mean {syllabus covered,labs,exams}

Dear Aspirant,
A student getting a seat in the first round of counselling and a student getting a seat in the third round of counselling stand an equal chance as all the Colleges participating in the counseling start there Classes after the counseling is completed
