Yes, there are many entrance examinations which can be answered if you are a 12th appearing student, which means you will answer your 12th examination this year.

For Medical aspirants, you can write the NEET examination which is used by many Medical colleges of India, now including AIIMS and JIPMER institutes.

For Engineering aspirants, you can answer JEE-Mains and also quite a few state-level examinations like KCET, COMDEK etc. Many Universities also conduct their own entrance examinations.

For Basic Sciences aspirants, You can answer KVPY for IISc. College, Bangalore. You can also answer NEST.

For B.Sc. AG Aspirants, you can answer ICAR-AIEE etc.
