Is there a new rule drafted & passed that One candidate is eligible for state quota only from 1 state & not for more than 1 state?

Hello Vaibhav,
No there's no such rule. Any student can apply for state quota in more than one state. Onle required eligibility criteria is the domicile certificate of that state. A domicile certificate or a residence certificate is a legal document for proving that a person is having a residence in a particular state.
