Yes. Foreigners can study in IIT. For that there are two methods:-

1. By attempting JEE exam like Indian students. If they clear it, they may take admission in IIT.

2. By giving an exam named SAT which is for foreigners but the fees of this exam very much higher than Indians pay for JEE.
