Is there any chance for me to get seat in vmc in 2 nd coun cling ... I got 135k rank belong to st cat. And it last rank was 119k in 1st coun

The chances of getting seat in VMC through second counselling is very tuff, first gather information about remaining seats after first counselling in VMC and if any seats are available then go for secound counselling option otherwise you can drop your idea and go for other option because there is so much rank difference is there. So all the best.
