There is minimum percentage requirement to appear for JEE Main, A candidate who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is eligible to appear for JEE Main. To get admission in to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs a candidate belonging to general category must have scored minimum 75% aggregate marks and candidates belonging to SC?ST must have scored minimum 65% aggregate marks. But due to Corona Pandemic the minimum percentage requirement was relaxed for admission in to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs. As of now there is no official information if the relaxation is applicable for admission next year. It will be announced when the official notification for JEE Main 2022 will be released.
